This information is provided in compliance with article 13 of Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) to users who access the website and relates to all personal data processed in the manner indicated below.
THE DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller of personal data that is collected is Museo Carlo Zauli ETS-APS with registered office in Via Croce 6 – 48018 Faenza (RA).
COLLECTED DATA
The processed personal data is collected via the direct providing of the data by the interested party or provided automatically.
The data provided directly by the interested party is all personal data that is provided directly by the interested party to the Data Controller in any manner. In particular, the following personal data is collected and processed:
– first name,
– surname
– e-mail,
and used exclusively for sending updates to interested parties through periodic newsletters, without being shared with third parties.
The data collected automatically is navigational data. This data, although not collected in order to be associated with the identity of the user, could indirectly, through processing and association with the data collected by the Data Controller, allow the identification of the user. In particular:
- IP address
- browser and navigation device
Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used allows to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP and the browser / device used. The collection of this data is fundamental for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see Method of Treatment) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it is collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by the interested parties to:
- inform about museum activities
The provision of the data listed in the “Collected Data” section for the purposes referred to is mandatory in order to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process, or failure to provide inaccurate or partial provision of data could result in the impossibility of proper provision of the service.
The provision of data for the purpose of sending newsletters for promotional, information or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give the relative consent to the Treatment will give rise to the impossibility of being updated about commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and/or to send the user personalised offers. Museo Carlo Zauli does not provide any third-party information to users without their consent, unless required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area is excluded.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party may withdraw consent to the receiving of promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a request to the e-mail address museocarlozauli@gmail.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each promotional and commercial e-mail received.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data is processed with automated tools for the amount of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, providing in any case for the annual verification of the data stored in order to delete that deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations.
Data processing usually takes place at the headquarters of the Museo Carlo Zauli ETS-APS with registered office in Via Croce 6 – 48018 Faenza (RA), by personnel or external collaborators duly designated as data processors. The complete list of data processors and persons in charge of processing personal data can be requested by sending a specific request to the email address museocarlozauli@gmail.com.
The registration and the related treatment are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, present in each e-mail, or after 12 months from the last communication of which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code and article 13 of the GDPR, each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their own personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from the Museo Carlo Zauli ETS-APS the indication:
- Of the origin of personal data;
- Of the purpose and methods of its treatment;
- Of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic / IT tools;
- Of the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative;
- Of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or divulged as requested by an appointed representative of the State, its managers or agents.
Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain from the Carlo Zauli Museum ETS- APS:
- updating, rectification or integration of your data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
- access to their data, i.e. confirmation that personal data processing concerning them is in progress;
- limitation of treatment;
- the portability of the data, that is, the right to receive personal data concerning the interested party in a structured format;
- right of complaint to the supervisory authority.
Finally, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending commercial advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Museo Carlo Zauli ETS-APS reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this information in compliance with the applicable legislation or the provisions adopted by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
The aforementioned changes or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties by linking to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the interested parties via e-mail.
