Guided tours with Agnese Bassi, tour guide in Romagna
The MCZ special guided tour curated by Agnese Bassi will be a journey through the art and life of Carlo Zauli, discovering his energy as a great experimenter of the material and his important contribution to the birth of ceramic sculpture.
We will start from the beginnings in the mid-fifties atmosphere, we will pass through the great turning point of the sixties, to then arrive at works that will show us very well the period during which they were created, in addition to works that are his dedication to his land, Romagna.
In addition to Zauli’s anthological path, you will also see some works from the museum’s contemporary collection, created by artists who have somehow had a link with the artist or the museum space.
Agnese Bassi graduated in History and conservation of works of art from the University of Bologna.
She is a qualified tour guide for the Emilia Romagna region, licensed in Italian, French and English.
