Set up in 2014, and supported by the Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna, the course CURATELA di un EVENTO MUSEALE, a didactic workshop aimed at students of the Fine Arts Academy of Bologna and Ravenna, is held at the MCZ, under the coordination of Guido Molinari, lecturer in Art Psychology at the Fine Arts Academy of Bologna and co-curator of the Artist Residency project at the museum.

Through direct and active participation in all phases of the museum's artist residency and exhibition projects, both dedicated to contemporary works and to historical projects on Carlo Zauli, the selected students acquire concrete and multifaceted skills on the figure of the curator, which serve as a complement to their academic training.

The training activity takes place through forms of confrontation with the relevant curator, museum director and organisational coordinator, invited artist and ceramist directly in the field, supplemented by a series of theoretical meetings with experts in the field.

The course is totally free of charge, and is reserved for the participation of students from the Fine Arts Academies of Bologna and Ravenna.

One hundred and twenty hours of workshop participation are required of the student in relation to the final award of 6 credits.
